About

Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for managing the client relationship throughout the entire licensing process—from initial contact to the successful acquisition of the license. Acting as strategic consultants and the main point of contact, they ensure a smooth, clear, and efficient experience for each client. Their responsibilities include initiating communication, explaining the licensing process according to the client’s specific needs, and providing ongoing support. AEs collect key documents, coordinate with internal teams such as research, compliance, and legal, and closely monitor timelines to prevent delays. They maintain constant, multichannel communication via calls, emails, and the Consult Atlas platform, ensuring all conversations and documents are clearly recorded and well-organized. When obstacles arise—such as changes in license type or rejections—they escalate issues promptly to supervisors or the operations president while offering practical solutions to keep the process moving. AEs also manage accurate records, updating client-specific Excel sheets and syncing data between Google Drive and Consult Atlas, in addition to preparing internal progress reports. Once the license is obtained, they follow up to verify regulatory compliance and guide clients through the next steps for opening or operating their agency. Ultimately, the AE's role is to deliver a seamless experience that minimizes errors and downtime while ensuring full compliance with all applicable state and regulatory requirements.
