I am an entrepreneur who works on technology solutions. I co-founded UJATcare, a technology solution provider for home healthcare agencies in the U.S., because we saw a need for home healthcare agencies to be able to provide easy and secure home healthcare services. I have a computer engineering background, and my passion is user experience and user interface design (UX/UI). We think about how people will use a website or platform, and we make it easy to interact with the site. Our company has grown since 2016 from just two employees to 31 employees. I’m proud of the fact that we’ve been able to assemble 95% of our remote technical staff from my home region, helping people with job opportunities.
