As we give thanks this season, I want to speak directly to every member of the ConsultAtlas family. It is because of your support, your trust, and your dedication throughout 2025 that the ConsultAtlas Foundation has the strength, momentum, and purpose to advance our mission in 2026.
You are the reason we can grow.
You are the reason we can innovate.
And you are the reason we can bring new opportunities and better care to communities across the country.
This year has shown that when independent providers and a national public charity work together, we can create real, lasting change in home care, community support, and long-term care access.
Because of your partnership in 2025—and because the Founder’s patented technology is now ready for real-world deployment—here is what we are able to bring forward in 2026.
Our Patented Technology Is Now Becoming Real
Years before AI tools, smart sensors, and robotics entered everyday healthcare, our Founder, Michael Kapoustin, filed two U.S. patents that envisioned:
- AI-assisted monitoring
- Sensor-enabled residential care
- Early illness detection through thermal imaging
- Motion and behavior analytics
- Automated safety and compliance documentation
- Emotion- and stress-responsive detection
- Companion-animal sensing for human health
- Predictive, proactive caregiving
These patents anticipated the technology-supported care environment that the world is only beginning to recognize today.
Now, thanks to advances in AI, robotics, and sensor systems—and thanks to your support in 2025—we can finally bring these innovations into real homes, real communities, and real care settings in 2026.
What Your Support Allows Us to Launch in 2026
1. Low-Cost or No-Cost Access to Medicare and Medicaid Services
Because of our growth this year, providers in 2026 will be able to deliver Medicare- and Medicaid-covered services under the ConsultAtlas umbrella, using our accreditation, NPI, compliance structure, and billing systems.
This means you can expand your client base, increase your revenue, and enter federal programs without the massive cost or complexity of doing it alone.
For many small and mid-size agencies, this will be a transformative opportunity.
2. Opening Residential Care Homes and AI-Assisted Facilities Together
In 2026, we will begin rolling out Hybrid Residential Care Homes and Assisted Living Facilities, grounded in the Founder’s patented technologies.
These homes will include:
- AI-assisted safety systems
- Robotics-supported caregiver tools
- Sensor-enabled environments
- Predictive health monitoring
- Privacy-focused non-camera detection
- Automated documentation and compliance workflows
We provide the turnkey foundation—licensing, setup, operations, compliance, and technology—and you become a revenue partner, operator, or community host.
This creates a scalable, long-term income stream while expanding access to safe, affordable, technology-supported care.
Our Public Charity Mission Continues
As a 501(c)(3) public charity, everything we build is driven by public benefit:
- Expanding access to affordable assisted living
- Bringing modern technology to underserved communities
- Reducing waste, fraud, and preventable harm
- Supporting families and vulnerable populations
- Empowering small providers to grow sustainably
- Developing AI-assisted and robotics-supported care that enhances—not replaces—human compassion
And all contributions to the Foundation remain fully tax-deductible under IRS rules.
Thank You for Helping Us Build the Future of Care
Because of you—your involvement, your feedback, your patience, and your partnership—2026 will be the year we turn visionary technology into real-world solutions.
You made this possible.
You are part of this mission.
And together, we will transform care in 2026 and beyond.
If you would like to participate in Medicare/Medicaid services under the Foundation, or discuss opening a residential care facility in your state, simply reply to the message you received or contact me directly.
