Service Line: Client Engagement & Healthcare Startup Success – Consult Atlas


Responsibilities

As a Client Success Manager at Consult Atlas, you will be the bridge between our consulting team and healthcare startup clients. Your main goal is to ensure every client has a smooth, empowering experience while launching and growing their healthcare agency through our nonprofit mission. Core responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their startup journey.
  • Understanding client needs, goals, and challenges to proactively offer guidance and solutions.
  • Coordinating internally with subject matter experts to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships that lead to successful outcomes and client retention.
  • Managing onboarding, service delivery milestones, and post-launch support.
  • Tracking client progress and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Documenting feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized success plans for clients based on their goals and service package.
  • Conduct follow-up check-ins and service reviews to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to create client resources, FAQs, and help guides.
  • Support client education through webinars, demos, and consultative outreach.
  • Report on client health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
  • Advocate for the client internally and share insights that inform product and service innovation.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Client Success, Project Management, or Healthcare Operations (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or healthcare consulting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, project tracking systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Empathy-driven mindset with a passion for helping healthcare providers succeed.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships with structure and strategic focus.
