Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer and UI/UX Designer at Consult Atlas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-powered healthcare platforms. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing visually appealing, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Translating UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code that delivers seamless user experiences across all devices.
• Collaborating with backend developers and AI engineers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
• Maintaining design consistency, performance optimization, and accessibility standards across digital products.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve UX iteratively.
• Creating and managing design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and frontend development.

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and product ideation.
• Assist in creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Support content teams with micro-interactions, animations, and visual storytelling features.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine user flows and product requirements.
• Document frontend architecture and UX patterns for team-wide reference.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive behavior standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Certification or coursework in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Frontend Development (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong command of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous web interactions.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
