You can download the CareBridge mobile application (available on iOS and Android) from the App Store or Google Play store for free. CareBridge offers a patented EVV solution for personal care services, home health services, and health plan care managers. The company has spent more than a decade refining their technology through multiple statewide rollouts since its launch in 2009. The EVV solution includes four modalities (mobile app, beneficiary-based tablet, telephony/IVR, and fixed device) along with additional functionalities and customizations to support ease of use, efficient capture of real-time data, integration with additional data sources, and advanced real-time reporting and analytics. The technology is fully compliant with the 21st Century Cures Act and also includes a large number of features and capabilities that go well beyond the minimal requirements of the 21st Century Cures Act. All of CareBridge’s EVV features can be turned on or off depending on a client’s preferences and requirements.

States Aggregator

CareBridge is not an aggregator. However, they have made significant investments in a data aggregation solution that allows them to easily transfer data to and from 3rd Party EVV vendors, transfer data to and from state systems, and validate and provide access and reporting from the data in their one-stop data warehouse
